What is your delivery time?

In stock items such as snap bars, sample boxes, starter pack and room sprays will be posted within 3 working days of your order being placed. Made to order items such as shapes, tubs and large clamshells will take around 7-10 working days before dispatch as they will need to be made up and cured to ensure the best scent throw. If you order a mix of in stock and made to order items they will all be posted together in 7-10 working days. If you require an order quicker please do send us an email or contact us through Facebook or Instagram as we will always try and accommodate rush orders.

Monthly boxes will have an estimated shipping date on the listing.

What Post do you use?

We use Royal Mail 2nd class for the majority of our orders as this allows us to keep postage costs lower for you. This can be Large Letter or Small parcel depending on the size and weight of your order. If your order comes in at over 2kg, you will be contacted with details of an alternative shipping method. If you wish to upgrade your postage to first class, please contact us.

Can I have an open box?

Yes! Lots of out customers have open boxes with us. An open box essentially means you can place multiple orders over a period of time and we keep it to one side for you and you let us know when your ready to have it shipped. Saves you spending money on postage for multiple orders. If you wish to start an open box, please contact us.

Can I collect my order and pay cash?

Yes of course. If your local to me your welcome to collect your order and pay cash on delivery. However, if you do not collect without letting me know, any future orders will have to be paid through the website.

How can I pay?

Payments are currently accepted cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns on in stock items providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving your goods.We do not accept returns on custom or made to order items.

The buyer is responsible for return costs and must ensure goods are returned in the condition they were received. If good are returned damaged, your refund will reflect that.
